The order I raised for Kristna arrive in good quickly and have use the body wash and Aftershave for many years as it suit my skin and does give me an allergic reaction.

Item in out! in out! ( never in stock) when packed.
As a valued customer I’m rather disappointed in this company lately. I ordered some foot cream along some other items. I could get a free gift so added it to the basket. Later it told me free item is out of stock so remove it from the basket. It wouldn’t allow me so I had to start again so I added another free gift and then received a code for being a online member for a year. I added this to my order. Then I noticed the free item another one was out of stock when I went back in. I just ordered without a free gift. 3 days later I had money back in account for 1 of my products saying out of stock it wasn’t when I placed the order. Fuming I emailed customers services who told me when back in stock they will take 10% and cover the postage as a way of saying sorry.
So I placed order again when they told me item was back in stock. 3 days later again item out of stock. They really need to pick items when I first ordered. It’s a shambles. I used a rep in the past spending lots on this company. I really feel as if I should start finding another company to use. They are not good anymore. It’s a shame as I loved lots of their products if I don’t receive my product I’ve told them I’m going elsewhere.
Packing in the warehouse situation is not good enough!

Missing items were not refunded
Missing items were not refunded. Upon calling I was advised to pick a replacement and then when I did in the same range..they said I would need to pay full price as the sale was over. Ridiculous service. I ended up just asking for a refund. Customer service agent “Ivana Gligoric” threatened to hang up on me because I said I was not happy with Body Shop. Upon me asking her what did I say to make you say that to me.. she suggested that I used very bad words. I said, I was expressing my disappointment in Body Shop as by referring it exatly in these words “not happy”. She again threatened to hang up on me. I politely again asked her to send me a refund… which she did. I am sorry but customer service in 2022 isn’t allowed to hear that the customer is not happy kind of amazed me in ways I did not express to her as I was afraid of her hanging up on me and removing me as a Body shop customer. I’m still processing and in shock.
Online ordering system needs improvement
I really like the products but the online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. They didn’t put the full address on my parcel for delivery so DPD tried to deliver to a completely different address (DPD are just as useless). Took three attempts to get my delivery, and it was 4 days late. When I also contacted online chat to ask about items being in the sale they couldn’t give me an answer so they advised me to email customer services which I did. They gave me the same stock answer so were also pretty useless. Need to get their act together.

Poor replacement, why stop a great range?
Why on earth has Body Shop stopped selling Indian Night Jasmine range? To make it worse, it's been replaced by a product called Jasmine that has hardly any smell at all. The store assistants sell it as "almost identical". Obviously there's no product knowledge here at all. Was Indian Night Jasmine that bad a seller? I won't be using Body Shop now. I often picked up.other things while I was in-store for my Indian Night Jasmine, but no more Body Shop.

Very disappointed regarding extending voucher date. When to Body Shop No stock for what I wanted. Went there 5 times. Stock level issues.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. Paid for Saturday delivery ordered on Thursday at 12-00pm cut off time Thursday 14-00 for Saturday delivery. Parcel has not arrived. Contacted chat who sent an email advising that I ordered on Thursday @ 12-12 to late for cut off time. Now my maths may not be the best but 12pm is prior to 14-00. Informed me parcel not being delivered until next Saturday. Was for a birthday present today that's why paid for express delivery. First and last time I will order from an ethical company that doesn't extend its ethics to delivery on time
Shame it was ever sold
Shame it was ever sold! Best to buy in shops, but beware of new products. On line service is totally useless. Forget the delivery times given as they take ages to dispatch, then most items arrive dented, squashed or split! I once used to get most of family cosmetics from Body shop on line. 3 weeks ago I placed a new order and I am still awaiting my order! Totally unreliable.

Promotional codes are not clearly…
Promotional codes are not clearly explained. Entered in a code for 15% off when sign up but it did not provide any terms of using this code other than signing up for the first time and it did not apply the discount. Called the body shop and apparently it's because I used it on a gift pack item rather than individual items!! Really really need to make this clearer to consumers. Incredibly misleading and I still haven't found exactly where this is stated. Certainly was not clear when making the order itself! Appalling website / level of clarity!

Horrible.
Been buying your products since first store opened in Ohio. Last order opened top. Everything is waxy hard. Has scent thank you put on skin as I cannot afford to throw out. No softness nothing. Has scent but waxy substance not going to soften skin. Never again. I was a 35 yr customer. It was nice. Not now. Rita Cooke

Customer Service Sucks
I ordered some bits from bodyshop with delivery within 2-3 days. After hearing nothing on Day 4 I contacted the customer service via live chat. They told me it still hadn't been despatched and I shouldn't expect it to be despatched for another week. I told them it was to long and could they cancel to order. They said I had 20 minutes from ordering to cancel the order and after that it couldn't be cancelled. I checked the terms and conditions and there is no mention of this. Also because they haven't despatched the order I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to a full refund. The person on the live chat also closed the chat before the conversation was finished. I will be closing my account with Bodyshop and I won't be using them again. Which is a shame after being a customer for many years. I still haven't received my goods and if it doesn't turn up soon I will ask the bank to reject the transaction.

Website needs improving
The website definitely needs some improvements, it loads too slow and that can get very annoying. Products are good quality,a bit expensive, but they have great Christmas sales with 75% off.
Body butters and soaps are absolutely amazing, especially the fruity flavoured ones. Delivery is quick and fairly cheap. Good service on overall

Worst Customer Service
I recently purchase a product from this company. On the fiest days of use, I noticed several issues on My skin like redness and itchiness. My face started to breaking out. Irritation get from nothing to severe. I reached out Customer Service for a refund and a chance yo send the product back. I was toldo I Will be receiving a phobe call from them to explain the issues with the product. The phone called nevera happened and when I finally decided to write a Review on the product, I received an e-mail saying that my opinion was no valid and they Will remove My comment. From that point, I realizado that the company is not willing to have a feedback from their customers, they do not listen to us and they justo care about money. I Will never support this business again.
